FURNITURE 3 D

The furniture had more detail then the structure and the carpentry. The way we made them was to use 2D floorplan as a base. We extruded the furniture from the drawing piece by piece. If it was not possible to extrude directly from the bock we needed to draw new boundaries on the top. On some furnitures, like for example the bed we used the command "fillet" to smooth the edges.

How to draw Casa Oks floorplans in Autocad

Casa Oks is a 3 floor building, where one of them is the basement. Follow these steps to draw the floorplans. Start creating layers for the different elements you are going to draw. Ajust the thickness of the lines after which elements are the most important. Make names of the layers so that you can recognize them easily.  When you start the drawing, first figure the main lines of the floors. Take measurements from existing floorplans. If you do not have any measurements you can use the standard measurement for for example a door to know the scale of the existing floorpplans, and calculate the measurements from that. Start with drawing the main walls, and finish with less important elements, as the furnitures. Make dynamic blocks of the furnitures that are repeated in the floorplans, for example the bed and the sofa.
